5 Alarm Brewing Co. is a Lake Mills, Wisconsin brewery founded by brewmaster Jason Peterson and fellow volunteer firefighters Jim Boehmer, Ross Hanson, and Nathan Ostrander. They renovated a Main Street building tied to the 1961 Lake Mills fire and opened around Thanksgiving 2017, growing from a tap house into a Midwest craft beer destination.
