Aardwolf Brewing Company is a Jacksonville brewery and taproom in a restored 1927 South Jacksonville Utilities ice factory on Hendricks Avenue. Founded by Michael Payne and Preben Olsen, it opened September 13, 2013, after years of renovation, and serves beer and food in that historic ice-house space.
