The Alchemist is a Vermont craft brewery founded by John and Jen Kimmich, who opened a Waterbury brewpub in 2003 and later a production cannery known for Heady Topper. Today it operates breweries in Waterbury and Stowe, with a Beer Cafe and Visitor Center in Stowe.
