Big Block Brewing moved its brewing operation to Black Diamond and opened a full brewpub alongside it, so the beer here is about as fresh as it gets. Settle in with a pint, a plate from the kitchen, and a view toward Mount Rainier before heading up toward the mountain or back to the Plateau. Hours and menus at bigblockbrewery.com.
