Devin Kelly,
Co-Founder/Managing Partner

Devin has over 20 years of experience in managing leading brands within North America and Internationally.

Most recently he has owned and operated, Dynamic Bicycles, which included three bike-related companies with a global footprint. Prior to Dynamic, Devin served as the Global President for LaserPerformance, the world’s largest sailboat builder and distributor. In this role he managed all operations serving more than 70 countries. Before LaserPerformance Devin spent more than 10 years with InBev in a variety of senior innovation and marketing roles. His roles included VP of Marketing for the UK and Ireland where he served on the Board and led all marketing, insights, sponsorship, trade marketing, and PR for a team of more than 120. Devin also worked for InBev in Belgium as the VP of Global Brands with responsibility for Stella Artois and Brahma. In this capacity he managed all aspects of the brand including advertising, positioning, and packaging. Before his time in Europe Devin ran Innovation and the Canadian Brand portfolio for InBev USA. Prior to beer he spent time with BankBoston, Kraft General Foods, and Macy's Co.

Jeremy Duffy,
Co-Founder/Managing Partner

Jeremy has spent over 20 years in business development and marketing communications.

Before starting Isle Brewers Guild (IBG), Jeremy was a partner and led business development efforts for one of the largest independently owned marketing communications agencies in New England, Duffy & Shanley, Inc. During his eight years, the agency acquired over 20 new consumer brand clients and over $8 million in billings. Also while at Duffy & Shanley (D&S), he was the account director for several beverage related launches including Narragansett Beer (2005), Strela Beer (2012) and BrewGene (2011), a leading beer discovery app.

For Narragansett Beer, he led D&S account team in positioning, market study, packaging design, and marketing and PR strategies. For Strela Beer, he handled positioning, market study, marketing and PR strategies for launch and distributor relations.

Jack Streich,
Partner/VP Brewing Operations

Jack will manage all aspects of the brewing operation (brewing and packaging).

• Jack is a 1991 graduate of the Diploma Course in Brewing Science and Technology from the Siebel Institute of Technology.
• He has over 25 years of operations management experience in brewery, dairy, biotechnology, and FDA regulated consumer products. His award winning brewing resume includes stints as Brewmasterat the Commonwealth Brewing Company, Zip City Brewing Company, and Owner/Brewmaster at Trout Brook Brewing Company. He has also worked as a consultant for numerous brewery startups throughout New England and the northeast, including Shipyard, John Harvard’s, Lowell Brewing Company, and the Park Slope Brewing Company whih is now a part of Six Point Brewery..
