Lone Man Mountain Brewing Co. is a destination brewery in the Texas Hill Country just outside Wimberley, sharing its Driftwood property with Wimberley Valley Winery so beer and wine fans can make one easy trip. Every beer is brewed on site in small batches, and the rotating tap list runs from crisp lagers and hop forward IPAs to Belgian style ales, wheat beers, rich stouts and limited seasonals. Settle into the roomy taproom, the shaded patios or the beer garden with a flight or a pint, catch live music and music bingo, and grab wood fired pizza from the food truck on weekends.
