Metabolic Brewing Co. is the science and science fiction themed brewery from Fresko and Kathryn Fresquez, a husband and wife team who traded careers in respiratory therapy and nursing for the brewhouse. Their Ontario taproom fills the former Braemar Brewing space on South Grove Avenue with crisp pilsners, hazy IPAs and experimental small batches, with the occasional live band keeping the lab lively.
