Pondaseta Brewing came home to Canyon with a taproom and restaurant inside the Historic Santa Fe Train Depot, carefully restored by the brewery's own team. The full Pondaseta lineup is on tap and to go, from crisp lagers to hazy IPAs, with pizza from the kitchen and trackside seating to watch the trains roll by.
