River Siren Brewing Co. rose from the Main Street space that once held Maple Island Brewing, rebuilt by Harmony and Brian Carlson as a year-round gathering place in downtown Stillwater. The name nods to an old logging-era legend of a maiden who sang travelers downstream, and the taproom lives up to it with long tables, a fresh lineup of house brews and a back patio overlooking the St. Croix where leashed pups are welcome.
