Prop Day is Goose Island's thank-you to Chicago, a chance to taste the new Bourbon County Brand Stout lineup before it hits shelves. Ticket packages bring a welcome pour, sample tokens and a bottle allocation that includes Proprietor's Stout, with food from the Salt Shed Pub and limited-edition merch on site.
