A new festival is coming to the greater Beloit, Wisconsin region this summer. Raise a glass and get ready to enjoy a day of the effervescent beverage, lager beers. The 2022 Lager Than Life Beer Festival will feature more than 40 breweries, including Beloit’s own G5 Brewing Company, offering their premier versions of the beer style. Lager beers come in a wide variety of styles and each brewery looks forward to putting their own unique spin on their version that they will bring this summer. Participating breweries will be announced on Friday, May 20, 2022. The festival will take place at Preservation Park in the town of Beloit, rain or shine, on Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Each attendee will receive a commemorative festival glass to enjoy the dozens of samples that will be on tap. Parking is free at the festival site. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to enter the festival. General Admission: $50 includes unlimited beer samples and a commemorative cup VIP: $75 includes unlimited beer samples, exclusive bathrooms, snacks, water, tent coverage, seating, and a commemorative cup GA and VIP ticket sales end 7/22. GA and VIP tickets must be purchased before the event. No GA or VIP ticket sales available on the day of the event.
