The Midwest's longest-running Oktoberfest marks its 66th year in La Crosse with four days of German music, food and beer on the Oktoberfest grounds. The Torchlight Parade steps off Thursday, Sept. 30 at 7 PM, and the Maple Leaf Parade is Saturday, Oct. 2 at 10 AM.
