Local Hollow Brewing celebrated its grand opening September 17–19 at 10737 Main Street, the former Shalooby Loofer space, under local owner Hilary Dollinger. Thursday opened with a Clarence Chamber ribbon-cutting at 5:30 p.m., then rolled into a Buffalo Bills watch party with a local food truck. Friday leaned family: Clarence Youth Bureau games and face painting, plus an outdoor movie night (bring chairs or blankets). Saturday stretched noon to 10 p.m. with outdoor activities, New York State winery and distillery tastings, vendors, and live music from Justin Rizzo in the evening.
