October 19, 2026 · Saint Paul, MN Remember the museum field trip? This one comes with a tasting glass. Minnesota Brewsology takes over the Science Museum of Minnesota, 120 West Kellogg Boulevard in Saint Paul, after hours on Saturday, January 30, 2027. Organizers expect more than 50 breweries pouring around 150 beers, with local craft breweries and cideries sampling their seasonal lineups. Guests can roam the museum while they sip, with access to exhibits, science demonstrations, and the brewery reps behind the beers. General admission runs from 8 to 11 p.m. Early admission opens the doors at 7 p.m., adding an extra hour plus specialty beers poured during that first hour. A limited number of designated driver tickets are sold online, and food is available separately. Everyone must be 21 or over, with no infants or toddlers admitted. Tickets are sold online only, not at the door. The event is indoors, so it happens rain or shine, and parking is available in the adjacent structure. For a January Saturday night in Saint Paul, few beer events beat sampling Minnesota craft beer between the exhibits at the Science Museum.
