October 3, 2026 · Scotia, NY Scotia has its first brewery, and Capital Region beer travelers have a new production-scale pour room. Wolf Hollow Brewing's Scotia brewpub at 154 Sacandaga Road is open after a June soft launch and a late-September grand-opening weekend, with the original West Glenville taproom staying put. The Scotia site is roughly 11,500 square feet, with seating for about 100 and about 7,500 square feet of production space. Co-owners Pete Bednarek and Jordan White have said the build lets Wolf Hollow grow beyond its ~1,000-barrel footprint, and the brewery now says every Wolf Hollow beer is brewed right here in Scotia. Expect tanks in view, a stage for live music, cocktails, and pub food from the full on-site kitchen. Visit notes: wolfhollowbrewing.com. Address listed as 154 Sacandaga Road, Scotia, NY 12302.
