Aegir Brewing Co opened in Elk River, Minnesota, in March 2018 after two brothers and a friend set out to brew and serve better beer locally. Named for the Norse sea giant and brewer to the gods, the small brewery leans into Nordic hospitality with the toast Skal i Nord.
