As a counterpoint to our more intimate, cozy Foederhouse, The Warehouse is all about big ideas. Beers that we produce here are as assertive as they are balanced. Food that we prepare here is hearty and generous in portion sizes. The atmosphere is vibrant and energetic. The space is massive and features a 15bbl production brewery, lagering tanks, a canning line - all overseen by head brewer, Paul Schneider. Additionally, our spaces houses a 3000 square foot kitchen - run by Executive Chef Joe Kiefer - with a 400lb smoker (that’s a lot of meat), dedicated prep area, walk-in coolers and a bakery. With (seasonally available) seating for up to 350 people, the Warehouse manages to invite lots of folks in without ever seeming crowded. Bring your friends down to enjoy some games on our first floor, complete with a built-in Bocce court, dome hockey, shuffleboard and more.
