Niteglow is the brewing side of the Dayglow coffee team, and its Chinatown home on North Spring Street is built for lingering from first espresso to last pint. About a third of the glass-walled room is given over to an on-site microbrewery, turning out experimental beers like guava sours and prickly pear brews alongside traditional lagers. The signature move is the Czech-style milk pour, a glass of dense, velvety foam drawn from side-pull taps, with full pints for traditionalists. Steps from the Chinatown Metro station and Los Angeles State Historic Park. Details at niteglowbeer.com.
