Strong Rope Brewery makes its beer with malt and hops grown in New York State, and its Red Hook home on the waterfront is now where all of that brewing happens. The taproom pours a deep rotation of house beers plus a cider and wine tap, with an event hall next door and a small used bookshop tucked inside. Dog-friendly and worth the walk down to the water.
